RICHARD TOURTELOT
Richard Tourtelot is the Director of Litigation Services at TrialSpectrum. He has 20 years of experience specializing in trial presentation solutions and has assisted counsel in hundreds of multi-million dollar and high profile cases. Areas of law has included intellectual property, patent infringement, antitrust, commercial, securities, contracts, insurance, environmental, employment & labor relations, personal injury, construction, product liability, medical malpractice, criminal matters and more.
Richard is adept at providing strategic recommendations to clients in complex and often unique litigation proceedings; endorsing the right interactive presentations to win cases. He designs and directs multi-media presentations for every phase of litigation and is known to provide exceptional service under demanding trial conditions.
Preceding his role at TrialSpectrum, he worked as Senior Media Artist and Art Director specializing in legal presentation graphics and technology. Prior to this, he worked for the University of Texas Medical School as a Medical Illustrator where he collaborated with physicians to create interactive online courseware for students, physicians and staff. He created illustrations of specialty including Neurology, Cardiology, Audiology, as well as the human body systems to include Circulatory and Central Nervous Systems. He also managed, taught and mentored up to 25 junior staff members on the use of popular design software including Flash, Fireworks and Photoshop.
Richard graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BFA in Illustration from Ringling College of Art & Design, Sarasota, FL. He has also been appointed to the Florida Bar’s Seventh Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee.
